Job Description

You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Depot, working closely with your thress direct reports you will cultivate a high perfomance workforce that hold the customer first and foremost.

You will motivate and hold people to account to ensure the depot operates as efficiently as possible.

Your Responsilbilties Will Include But Ar Enot Exhaustive Of

Identify and improvment processes within the Depot to optimise efficiency Develop and maintain a culture and values consistent with those of the CompanyUndertake resource planning and rostering to support the depot operations. At times this may need hands on assistance in the yard and with the general transport if neededPrepare daily, weekly and monthly report as required for management, HSEQ and customersMotivate staff to perform at their very bestEnsure there is a strong Customer Service focus by all staffDemonstrate excellent people management and communication skillsWork collaboratively with the management team and key stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and other legislative requirementsThe Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be passionate about driving best in class in a depot environment, you will lead from the front and apply tools and techniques that motivates and encourages a high perfoamnce culture.

This depot is predominantly temperature controleed so someone with experince in temperature controlled depots would be preferred.you will be able to competently be able to demonstrate the following;
